Aldo Cittadino made some Italian sausage using one of his father's recipes. Everybody enjoyed the results so much that in 1980, he decided to start his own business.
In 1995, Mike Koski purchased the company which now manufactures 12 different products. The company has grown to include a factory, warehouse and offices that are located in Champion, Michigan. Buying spices in bulk, Aldo's blends herbs and spices in just the right amount to create their recipes. All of the blends are packaged in machines that Aldo designed and built. The machines are a little slower than $20,000 commercial models, but are just as accurate."
